I am a multitasking proud mother of two who loves to inspire health to anyone who will listen.

I started out as a fitness instructor over 30 years ago, training other fitness professionals in various modalities world-wide.

I recognized that individuals were struggling to change their bodies and health which led me to formulate the “4 Pillars of Health – Nutrition, Exercise, Rest, Happiness” as a more holistic approach to health and well-being.

As an author and speaker, I have traveled across the globe, and virtually, speaking for Fortune 500 companies, private organizations, and schools about making healthy habits fit seamlessly into the craziest of days. My goal is to entertain audiences with dynamic and inspiring programs.
