Welcome to my cooking page for recipes. I know we all get bogged down with way too much to do. Cooking should be a time to create a mindful moment in the day, easy with no stress. One that nourishes us from the inside out. I love to cook, but as a mom of 2, my time is limited.

These recipes are designed to get you in and out of the kitchen in 20 minutes or so – that is if you recruit others to do the dishes, “just sayin”.  One more thing…if you prefer video, you can find some of the recipes here as well
