Mango and Avocado Salad
Here’s what you’ll need (serves 4):
1 Large Cucumber, cubed (1/4 inch)
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Beans
1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
1 Medium Mango, peeled and sliced
1 Medium Avocado, peeled and sliced
¼ Cup Finely Chopped Mint
Dressing:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 chilies minces
1 teaspoon honey
Make it
Mix and add in dressing
