Mango Mint Smoothie
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Mango
1 Cup Water (or Coconut Water)
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
4 Strawberries
1/2 Banana
1 Hefty Scoop of P4 Vanilla Protein Powder
Make it
Blended up until smooth – I recommend a Vitamix for the ultimate smoothieness without overheating your smoothie. Now for an extra tasty treat….Freeze it up, blend it quickly, and enjoy it as a sorbet!
