Banana Hemp Milk Muffins

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 and 3/4 Cup Oat Flour (or a combination of Oat and Coconut)
10 Dates, pureed
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Cup Hemp Milk
1 Banana, mashed
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Adita’s Nut Mix
Make it
Mix batter well and oil up a muffin pan using coconut oil. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 – 20 minutes depending on the size of your muffins.
