Many of us start the year (or any season) with fresh resolutions, setting big goals to transform our health. But how often do those resolutions fade after just a few weeks? While I can guide you on this journey, it’s your commitment that will make lasting change possible. Let’s create a resolution that sticks—not just for a few months, but for life.

I challenge you to take control of your health by eliminating three common culprits from your diet: Dairy, Soy, and Gluten. This isn’t just about quick fixes; it’s about creating long-term habits that work for *your* body. Food plans are deeply personal, and what works for one person may not work for another. The key is to experiment and find out what makes you feel your best.

The Adita Health Challenge: 60 Days Without Dairy, Soy, and Gluten

Yes, it might sound tough, but if you commit to this challenge for 60 days, you will see significant changes in how you feel—inside and out. To make it easier, start by cutting out Dairy, Soy, and Gluten for just a weekend. Once you’ve got that under control, extend the challenge to 10 days, then 30, and finally aim for 60 days.

Why Dairy, Soy, and Gluten?

These three foods are among the most common sources of food sensitivities. Many people don’t realize they’re intolerant, but the side effects can be subtle and easily dismissed as “normal”—weight gain, low energy, skin issues, digestive discomfort, and more. By removing them, you give your body a chance to reset and reveal how these foods truly impact your health.

– Soy:

Whether conventional or organic, soy is tough on digestion, and many people benefit from removing it entirely.

– Gluten:

Gluten is found in wheat, barley, and rye. Over the years, gluten has become a staple in many processed foods, making it harder for the body to digest. Gluten intolerance can lead to bloating, skin issues, and weight gain. Even if you don’t have noticeable symptoms, cutting out gluten can help reduce inflammation and improve digestion.
