Mojito Smoothie
Here’s What You’ll Need
- 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons juice of one lime
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cups ice
- 2 drops liquid stevia (optional)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Make It
- Place ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Beginning at low speed and increasing to high, blend until combined and frothy.
- Add in ice as needed to make it thicker and colder.
