Here’s What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons juice of one lime
  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 drops liquid stevia (optional)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

 

Make It

  • Place ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Beginning at low speed and increasing to high, blend until combined and frothy.
  • Add in ice as needed to make it thicker and colder.
