Super Charged Immune Juice
Juice can provide you with immediate access to all of the wonderful nutrients in fruit or vegetable. Sometimes you can create a yummy combination and sometimes you need to sweeten it up a bit. The key is to understand your flavors and combine them accordingly.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Spinach
Celery
Watercress
Then sweeten it up with:
Beets
Carrots
And lastly, add in some immune boosting power (about 1/4 teaspoon or so depending on the size of your juice) with:
Bee Pollen
Royal Jelly
Make it
You can use a traditional Juicer or if one is not available you can blend it up as a smoothie. **Juice gets all of the nutrients into your system faster than a smoothie**
Drink this 3-4 times a day with a healthy food plan. This will boost up your immune system and help shorten the duration of any cold or flu!
