Immune Booster Smoothie
It’s time to boost up our immunity and nourish our bodies from the inside out. Here is a quick smoothie that packs in the nutrition in a tasty treat, enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Cup Water
2 Collard Green Large Leaves (without stalks)
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Pineapple
1/4 Cup Mango
1/4 Cup Cucumber
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 scoop of Raw Plant-Based Protein Powder https://www.mybodysymphony.com/ They have several great flavors, but for this recipe, I like the unflavored or vanilla.
Blended up until smooth – I recommend a Vitamix for the ultimate smoothness without overheating your smoothie.
