Here’s What You’ll Need
- 2 Cups Raw Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour (you can also take unsweetened dried coconut and place in high-speed blender to pulverize)
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Raw Honey
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- 6 Strawberries – Pureed
Make It
- Place Almonds in Food Processor until finely ground – add coconut flour and chia seeds and pulse to mix – add in everything except the strawberries and pulse to mix – Place mixture into small balls and flatten with your thumbs – in the indention add in the strawberry puree – You can freeze or dehydrate to set. They will last 5 days in the refrigerator or 2 months in the freezer.
