Here’s What You’ll Need:

 

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 small beet, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 medjool dates. pitted
  • 1 thin slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop of vanilla Protein Powder

 

 

Make It

  • Roughly chop and slice all vegetables.
  • First, blend the milk and spinach until smooth.
  • Then, add the other ingredients and blend again.
  • For protein powder – I prefer a raw plant-based protein powder. The one I use is www.MyBodySymphony.com
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
