AM Smoothie
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 small beet, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 medjool dates. pitted
- 1 thin slice of fresh ginger
- 1 scoop of vanilla Protein Powder
Make It
- Roughly chop and slice all vegetables.
- First, blend the milk and spinach until smooth.
- Then, add the other ingredients and blend again.
- For protein powder – I prefer a raw plant-based protein powder. The one I use is www.MyBodySymphony.com
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
