Salmon Teriyaki
Here’s what you’ll need (one serving)
1 Tablespoon Home Made Teriyaki Sauce (see below)
Zest of 1/2 lime
4 Oz Wild Caught Salmon Fillet (6 oz. for men)
1 Cup of Mixed Chopped Vegetables
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil, to serve
½ Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
½ teaspoon Lime Juice
1½ Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Make it
Mix teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, lime zest, and lime juice in a large bowl.
Add salmon fillet and turn to coat and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet and sauté the salmon fillet for 20 minutes on each side or until slightly blackened.
Set aside. Add remaining marinade to the pan and reduce some slightly to serve over the salmon.
Place the chopped vegetables in another pan with a splash of water for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the vegetables on a plate and top with the salmon and enjoy!
Home Made Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Liquid Aminos – Bragg Coconut Aminos works great
1/4 Cup Raw Honey
2 Tablespoons Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed or grated
2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce or 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (more or less to taste)
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients.
Stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
