Seed Pate Wrap
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup finely diced carrots (in a food processor)
- 3 stalks finely diced celery
- ½ cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 romaine salad leaves
Make It:
- Place nuts and seeds in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add in the olive oil and mix.
- In a large bowl, combine the nut mixture with the vegetables and spices. Mix Well.
- Set 3 leaves per plate, spoon the mixture into the leaves, and serve.
