Hummus Pizza
A great snack can keep you satisfied until your next meal. Not to mention that foods that provide you with ample nutrition can make you strong and energized, here is one of my favorite snacks that are enjoyed by the entire family.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Cup Garbanzo Beans
1 Garlic Clove
1 teaspoon Tahini
1 1/2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
Dash of Celtic Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Water
Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla
Make it
Place the garlic in a Vitamix or Food Processor, next add in the Hemp Seeds, then add in the Garbanzos, Tahini, Celtic sea salt and Olive Oil. Gradually add in more Olive Oil or Water as a means of creating smoothness.
Once the Hummus is ready, spread it evenly on an Ezekiel Wrap and cover with another wrap. Heat up a pan with some olive oil and place the “pizza” in the pan and lightly brown on both sides.
Cut into diagonal slices and enjoy. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes, a bit of cheese, or anything else to flavor it up inside with the hummus.
