Here’s what you’ll need
2 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas
1/4 Cup Hummus
1/2 Cup Organic Spinach
1 Tablespoon Red Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Carrots, chopped
2 Slices of Tomato
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
Make it
Place Ezekiel wrap on a plate and spread hummus equally between both tortillas. Divide spinach, red onion, carrots, and tomatoes equally between each tortilla and serve. (Just remember that if you are full with one, you can leave the other one as a snack later).
