Chocolate Coconut Bites

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 Cups Dates
1 Cup Raw Cashews
1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Scoop Protein Powder (either vanilla or chocolate)**
1/4 Cup Raw Powdered Cacao
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Make it
In a Food Processor, finely chop the dates, cashews, and sunflower seeds. Next, add in the rest of the ingredients and blend up until you have a smooth doughy texture. Roll into a one-inch ball and then roll onto additional shredded coconut for an outer coating. Place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and let set in the refrigerator for about an hour. Store in an airtight container and Enjoy!
