Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters
Here’s what you’ll need
1 Cup and 3 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate, melted
**Note: The serving size is for melted chocolate, so if you measure out the pieces beforehand, allow more chips to be added than the recommended amount**
¾ Cup Dried Goji Berries
1 ½ Cups Raw Almonds, chopped
A Handful of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Make it
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Start melting dark chocolate in a double boiler on low heat; it won’t take long to melt. Next throw in the goji berries and chopped almonds into the melted chocolate.
Place a teaspoon of the mix on parchment paper. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture until your pan is full.
Sprinkle Shredded Coconut over each tiny delight. Transfer to refrigerator for about 10 minutes to chill and remove them when firm.
Enjoy and store the leftovers in an airtight container.
