Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Salmon
Here’s What You’ll Need
- 5 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Celtic sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder combined
- 2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic
- 3 cups of chopped brussels sprouts
- 2 salmon filets (approx. 1/3 lbs ea.)
Make It
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the olive oil, salt mixture, and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Chop the Brussels sprouts into quarters, place them in a medium bowl, and combine with half of the olive oil mixture. Next, spread them evenly on a cookie sheet.
- Bake Brussels sprouts for 30 minutes.
- Marinate the salmon with the remaining oil mixture. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and move them around the cookie sheet to redistribute. Place the salmon on top of the sprouts and bake for 8-10 minutes.
