Here’s what you’ll need
1 Cup Hemp, Almond, or Coconut Milk
1 Handful of Spinach or Kale
1 Cup Mixed Fresh Berries
1 Frozen Banana
6 Dates
1 Tablespoon Adita’s Nut Mix
1 Tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
