DIY Sports Drink
Sports drinks are all over the supermarket shelves, but how good are they for you? Most of them are filled with processed sugars, food colorings, and synthetically derived nutrients.
Ideally, we bring in nutrients that are derived from their source…foods.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 Quart of Filtered Water
1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed OJ
1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Kelp
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda (aluminum free)
1/2 Tablespoon Raw Honey
Blend in a high-speed blender and keep in a pitcher in the refrigerator for up to three days.
