Raw Kale PestoAditaLang
Here’s what you’ll need:
Full Bunch of Fresh Kale Leaves
3 Lemons, juiced
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Handful Fresh Basil
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
A sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
Place into a Vitamix or blender and puree. This is wonderful as a topping to any grain such as quinoa. It can also be used as a dressing or dip.
