Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Cup Garbanzo Beans
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Tahini (pureed sesame seeds)
Pinch of Salt
2-3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Splash of Water
½ teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Start by blending the garlic in a Vitamix or blender, then add in the hemp seeds with a splash of water. Next add the garbanzo beans, olive oil, tahini, salt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth – add water or additional olive oil if needed for smoothness.
