Oven Baked Brussel Sprouts and Salmon
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder-combined
- 2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic
- 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 cups of chopped Brussel sprouts
- 2 salmon filets (approx. 1/3 lbs ea.)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a small bowl combine the olive oil, salt mixture, garlic, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Chop the Brussel sprouts into quarters, place in a medium bowl and combine with half of the olive oil mixture. Next spread on a cookie sheet evenly.
- Bake brussel sprout for 30 minutes.
- Marinate salmon with the remaining oil mixture. Remove Brussel sprouts from the oven and move them around the cookie sheet to redistribute. Place salmon on top of Brussel sprouts and bake for 8-10 minutes.
