BarBQ Chicken and Black Bean BurritoAditaLang
Here’s what you’ll need (one serving)
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 -5 Oz Skinless Boneless Organic Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Slices of Onion, finely chopped
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Organic Barbecue Sauce ( be sure to read the ingredients, all ingredients need to be identifiable! )
1/2 Cup Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
**Serve with sliced avocado or guacamole for an extra bit of YUM!**
***Opt for Organic Ingredients, whenever possible 🙂
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken, onion, and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked, stirring constantly.
Stir in barbecue sauce and beans with a dash of salt, cook 5 more minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Splash some water on the tortilla and place in the oven until warm and soft. Spoon about ½ cup chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla, roll up, and Enjoy!
