Here is a great way to enhance nutrition without changing too much of the flavor. This mix is great in smoothies, salads, or anything else that needs a bit more protein.
Ideally, all nuts and seeds should be raw and sprouted, but at the very least make sure they are raw
Here’s what you’ll need:
Sprouted Pumpkin
Seeds Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
Hemp Seeds
Chia Seeds
Cashews
Almonds
Walnuts
Make it
Take and pulverize them in a Vitamix, food processor, or coffee grinder. Blend them to a medium to a fine powder and then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
