Energy Elixir Smoothie
1 Cup Water
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon Spirulina
Handful of Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Goji Berries, pre-soaked
1/2 Cup Kale
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1 teaspoon Maca
Make it
Blended up until smooth – I recommend a Vitamix for the ultimate smoothness without overheating your smoothie. If you want to add in some protein try Infinity Greens – It has no distinctive taste and will add in tons of nutrients without disrupting the taste.
