Morning Eye Opener SmoothieAditaLang
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 small beet, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 Medjool dates. pitted
- 1 thin slice of fresh ginger
- Roughly chop and slice all vegetables.
- First, blend the milk and spinach together until smooth.
- Then add the other ingredients and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
