Kale Chips
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Bunch Organic Kale, stalk removed and roughly chopped
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Celtic Sea Salt, to taste
Make it
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, and toss kale with olive oil in a large bowl. Arrange all in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 15-30 minutes, watching closely not to overcook – you want them crispy, not burnt. You can even turn them over to speed up the crispiness. Allow cooling before serving
Let your creativity take over, you can spice them up with seasonings or simply add a bit of garlic.
