Hummus and Avocado Wrap
Here’s what you’ll need
1 Large Collard Green Leaf (this is your wrap)
1/4 Avocado
3 Tablespoons Hemp Hummus
2 Slices of Tomato
1/2 Cup Organic Spinach Leaves
1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
Make it
Place Collard Green on a plate. Spread Hummus on the leaf and layer the rest of the ingredients on top.
Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks, and cut in half to serve.
