Apple Acorn SoupAditaLang
Here’s what you’ll need
3 Cups Acorn Squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, peeled, chopped
1/2 Garlic clove, peeled
2 Cups Bone Broth
1/2 Large Apple, quartered, seeded
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme
1/8 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Steam squash in a steamer. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until onion is clear and tender. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients using a Vitamix or blender until smooth.
