Morning Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons raw almonds, sliced
- 1 ½ tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoons raw pecans
- 1 ½ tablespoons raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 ½ cups cashew milk
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve in two individual bowls with cashew milk.
- Alternatively, you can place the ingredients, with the cashew milk, into a bowl and leave them overnight in the refrigerator – another form of overnight delight.
