Vegetarian Almond Pancakes
Here’s what you’ll need
1 Cup Organic Almond Flour
1 Scoop Plant-Based Protein Powder – Vanilla (My favorite comes from mybodysymphony.com)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 ¼ Cup Organic Nut Milk (Almond or Hemp) or enough to give it the consistency of the batter
1 Tablespoon Organic Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon Vanilla
Make it
Place the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, and mix well. Pour in the nut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Heat the pan on medium and pour on the batter when ready OR use a waffle maker.
Syrup:
5 Strawberries – Place in a high-speed blender and pour on top of the pancakes, YUM!!!
