Here’s What You’ll Need

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion – chopped
  • 2 large cloves Garlic – minced
  • 1 medium Pumpkin – peeled, seeded, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 4 stalks of Celery – cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cups of Bone Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 cup cooked Garbanzos
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro – chopped
  • 1/2 medium Red Pepper – chopped
  • Aim for ORGANIC with all ingredients.

Make It

  • Preheat a large pot with olive oil over medium. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in bone broth, pumpkin, celery, peppers, and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and cook with medium heat for 20-30 minutes (or until pumpkin is soft).
  • Add in additional bone broth or water as needed.
  • Add in garbanzos and cilantro and stir for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy
