Sweet Longevity Chocolate Mousse
Here’s what you’ll need
3/4 Cup Dates, soaked until very soft with pits removed
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
3/4 Cup Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon Agave OR Honey
In a Vitamix or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate, then enjoy your sweets with pure delight! Oh, one more thing…You can puree berries as a drizzly topping or just add them whole for some extra sweetness.
