Ingredients & Procedure
Cardamon Cashew Cream
½ Cup Raw Cashews
¼ Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Cardamon Powder
1 Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
Place Cashews, Water and Maple Syrup in high speed blender until smooth- add Cardamom Powder – pulse to mix – refridgerate
Walnut Layer
¾ Cups Walnuts
2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
Coarse Blend
Salted Cinnamon Caramel Layer
⅓ Cup Coconut Oil
⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
1 teaaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
Wisk all ingredients
Parfait – 1-2 Pears – 1 Pomegranate
Chop pears into small pieces and mix with Cardamon Cashew Cream to coat pears –Place a Tablespoon of Walnut Layer on the bottom of the glass–Next Cardamon Pears – Walnut Layer –Salted Cinnamon–Cardamon Pears – Sprinkle top with walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
