Ripped Blueberry Smoothie
Here’s what you will need:
2 small bananas
2 cups (480ml) unsweetened
almond milk
2 tbsp. almond butter
2 cups (300g) frozen
blueberries
1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 handful spinach
Make It
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Tips:
• For extra creaminess, add in 1/2 of a Hass avocado
• To add sweetness, you can add 4 pitted Medjool dates.
