Banana Protein Pancake
Here’s what you’ll need (one serving)
2 Scoops of Protein Powder (plant-based vanilla)
2 Eggs
½ Banana, sliced or 2/3 Cup of your choice of Fruit
1 Tablespoon Organic Maple Syrup or Organic Raw Honey
Water, as needed
Make it
Place the protein powder and eggs in a large bowl, and slowly add in just enough water for the mixture to be smooth and batter-like. Heat the pan on medium and pour on the batter when ready OR use a waffle maker. Then serve and top with Sliced Bananas. Drizzle the Berry Syrup or Honey.
Syrup:
3 Strawberries
1/4 Cup Blueberries
Puree in a High-Speed Blender and pour
