Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 small beet, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 Medjool dates. pitted
  • 1 thin slice of fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Roughly chop and slice all vegetables.
  • First, blend the milk and spinach together until smooth.
  • Then add the other ingredients and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
