Here’s What You’ll Need
Cardamon Cashew Cream
- ½ Cup Raw Cashews
- ¼ Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cardamon Powder
- 1 Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
- Place Cashews, Water and Maple Syrup in high-speed blender until smooth- add Cardamom Powder – pulse to mix – refrigerate
Walnut Layer
- ¾ Cups Walnuts
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
- Coarse Blend
Salted Cinnamon Caramel Layer
- ⅓ Cup Coconut Oil
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
- Wisk all ingredients
Make It
Parfait – 1-2 Pears – 1 Pomegranate
- Chop pears into small pieces and mix with Cardamon Cashew Cream to coat pears –Place a Tablespoon of Walnut Layer on the bottom of the glass–Next Cardamon Pears – Walnut Layer –Salted Cinnamon–Cardamon Pears – Sprinkle top with walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
