Tabbouleh Salad with Quinoa

Here’s what you’ll need:
5 Medium Sized Tomatoes, chopped
2 Bunches of Parsley, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Green Onion, chopped
1 Cup Cucumber, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic, finely chopped
2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Make it
Toss everything together and serve. This dish stays great in the fridge for up to 4 days
